Lani Adebanjo

Lani Adebanjo is a technology advocate with extensive experience in the procurement space. Her procurement transformation acumen combined with her passion for empowering others, especially women in tech, has earned her a reputation as a pace setting leader. Lani joined Meta’s Source to Pay organisation 4 years ago and has since held a variety of roles within the organisation; most recently taking the helm with leading a team of program managers and analysts in the delivery of procurement transformation & process improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Meta, Lani attained a wealth of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement & Finance in a variety of industries (ranging from oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and international financial services.)

When she is not slaying process optimization and efficiency dragons at work, you can find Lani spending time volunteering, exercising, baking, or playing soccer with her three boys.
