What is the Supplier Showcase?
The Supplier Showcase is an exciting, high-visibility session that gives delegates a quick, curated introduction to the solution providers shaping the future of procurement – and offers sponsors a powerful platform to stand out.
Taking place directly after the keynote (the most attended session of the day), this dynamic feature presents a series of short, engaging video pitches from our partners. It’s designed to help delegates quickly understand who’s who in the exhibition, what each supplier brings to the table, and where they can find the solutions that align with their current goals and challenges.
For sponsors, it’s a great opportunity to put your brand in front of the event’s largest, most attentive audience at the perfect moment – setting the tone for meaningful follow-up conversations throughout the day.
Delegates will also vote live for their favourite pitch, with the winner announced and prize awarded on stage.
How it works
Each participating sponsor provides a 30-second video to introduce who they are and what they do best. These quick, high-impact clips are designed to help delegates understand how each supplier can support their procurement goals – before they even reach the exhibition.
Videos focus on three key points:

- Why it’s worth visiting their stand or seminar
