The Future of Digital Procurement Skills & Operating Models

Overview of session:

Andrew Daley will share the findings of his recent research (in partnership with Simon Geale of Proxima) into the future of the digital procurement skill set and how future operating models could be structured to accommodate new technologies and the associated skills. He’ll also offer some advice on how delegates can start to develop these skills to advance their own careers and/or develop their teams.
