Andrew Latham

Andrew Latham leads the Information Law team at Capsticks, providing advice to clients on a range of data protection and confidentiality issues. Andrew is supporting clients with the adoption of AI and any impact that could have from a regulatory perspective. He frequently works on topical issues such as artificial intelligence and the use of novel technology, integration and collaboration between organisations, and international data sharing.
