Cerys Wyn Davies

Cerys is an Intellectual Property and Data Privacy Partner at Pinsent Masons. She is the Global Co-lead for Artificial Intelligence and leads the strategic Intellectual Property Team at Pinsent Masons. She has extensive experience and regularly advises on and provides thought leadership in respect of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things and Quantum across sectors. Her advice includes the array of Intellectual Property, Data and other legal issues surrounding the development, procurement and deployment of technologies. In Spring 2025 Cerys received the IP Transactions Lawyer of the Year Award by Managing IP.
