A CIPS-qualified practitioner with public and private sector experience, she has spent her career helping procurement teams move from fragmented data and reactive processes to insight-led, strategic value creation.

Charlotte combines technology expertise with a strong belief in human-centred leadership: Collaboration, clarity, and informed decision-making. Recently completing the MIT Sloan programme in Systematic Innovation, she offers practical, experience-driven guidance on how intelligence-driven S2P enables foresight, resilience, and measurable procurement impact.
