Krystle Sands is a seasoned sourcing leader with over 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. She has worked in various industries, with a primary focus in the tech sector and has gained a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with sourcing in this fast-paced and ever-evolving sector.
In her career, she has worked on global and regional categories, leading the media category at Apple and managing the EMEA marketing category at Meta. Krystle’s most recent role has been as the Head of the Supplier Diversity program in the EMEA region for Meta. Establishing herself as an authority in the field she is responsible for driving diversity and inclusion within the company’s supply chain and creating economic opportunity for diverse-owned businesses.
