Session: Benefit of MVPs, and importance of culture within Data Control
This session will cover how we addressed our data challenge by driving a cultural change about data as well as providing new tools. Using the same data for the working teams and the executive teams, and how a minimal viable product quickly encourages use and data stewardship and provides transparency of performance.
Benefits:
- What we learnt about tools and adoption in a large company.
- How we use this to drive governance and performance of the function.
