Nicola Harrington

Nicola is a seasoned professional in the procurement and supply chain sector, boasting a wealth of experience accumulated over her 15-year tenure at DHL. Her career to date encompasses diverse roles, including her time as Procurement Director for the NHS Supply Chain contract, where value and sustainability were key priorities. She has also held the position of Head of Transformation and paved the way as the UKI lead for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) movement across the division. All of these progressive roles at DHL were preceded in the fashion industry where Nicola honed her procurement expertise in a fast-paced and influential industry.

Today, Nicola oversees the Procurement division for the DHL Group in the UK & Ireland, where her team are responsible for the strategic sourcing and category management of direct and indirect categories across the divisions. Nicola and her team at DHL are driven to enhance value for the Group by fostering collaboration and innovation. They aim to strategically leverage the Group’s spend to deliver improved services and solutions that benefit their customers.
