I help businesses transform/reboot/integrate/operate with deep expertise in enterprise value creation, operational restructuring and ESG impact.

I have led business units across multiple sectors, internationally – with established orgs (£1b-£50b income) to start ups / SMEs (£0m-£100m income) – in industry and consulting. Outcomes include improved competitiveness/resilience, revenue/profit/cost optimisation, conflict/dispute resolution, talent and workforce development, cultural change and responsible business. I have an adaptive/situational leadership style, operating across the C-Suite, known for making work fun in the process!

From groundings as a social scientist, sportaholic and musician, I get kicks out of collaboration and partnerships. I also qualified as a mediator in 2016 specialising in commercial (buy/sell/M&A) and boardroom disputes, trained with CEDR. Where possible, I enjoy giving back as a NED/mentor/coach.

Outside professional life I have a large extended family married with two children. Trying (yet failing) to revive my general misspent youth.
